Headshots and Corporate Photography for Clayton Offices

RubinBrown, a national accounting and advisory firm, has its St. Louis office high in the Centene Building. We have photographed its staff across multiple rounds on the same lighting, background, and crop, so a new hire photographed this year sits cleanly next to a partner photographed last year. For the same firm we built a careers and culture library to a shot list written with their marketing team: the entryway logo, the core-values wall, the board room, and the lounge, framed so nobody in the background is identifiable and the images can run on any page for years. In the same building, the Taxman & Landy Team at Merrill Lynch needed to introduce two new principals. We made a group portrait and all eight individual headshots on one matching backdrop in a single session at their office.

Clayton's offices lean toward law firms, wealth managers, accounting firms, and corporate headquarters, and the brief is usually the same: a bio or directory page that reads as one firm, and a way to add new hires later without a visible seam. After the first session we write down the lighting, backdrop, crop, and retouching specs, so one new hire can be photographed months later and still match. The setup needs a room and an outlet, and a session runs at five to ten minutes in front of the camera per person.
