Why One Photographer Nationwide?

The case for consistency over convenience.

Consistent Look

Every location gets the same lighting, posing, and editing style. Your visual brand stays cohesive.

No Quality Variance

No risk of a subcontractor delivering subpar work at a remote office. Same quality, everywhere.

One Point of Contact

One relationship, one invoice, one person who knows your brand. You manage zero local vendors.

Institutional Knowledge

We learn your brand once and carry that understanding to every location and every shoot.

Virtual Coaching for Remote Teams

Fully remote employees get live virtual sessions and studio-match retouching so their headshots match the in-person shots exactly.

Cost Effective at Scale

For multi-location organizations, one traveling photographer is often more cost-effective than hiring locally at each site.

Procurement-Ready

MSA and SOW templates available. COI and W-9 on file. Built for enterprise procurement workflows.

Ready to Scale

One vendor for your entire national photography program. No vendor handoffs, no fragmented invoicing.

Nationwide Service FAQ

Common questions about our travel model.

How does the fly-in model work?
We fly to your location with a complete portable studio, including professional lighting, backdrops, and all necessary equipment. You provide a space to set up, and we handle everything else. Your team never has to leave the office.
What is the minimum team size for a fly-in session?
There is no strict minimum, but fly-in sessions are most cost-effective for teams of 15 or more. For smaller groups, we can often coordinate your session with other nearby clients to share travel costs.
Can you photograph multiple offices on one trip?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate multi-city shoots, hitting 2-3 offices in a single week to maximize efficiency and keep travel costs low. This is ideal for organizations with offices in nearby metro areas.
How do you maintain consistency across locations?
One photographer means one consistent style. We use the same equipment, lighting setup, and editing process at every location, ensuring a cohesive look across your entire organization regardless of where each office is located.
What about employees who are fully remote?
For remote team members who are not in a location we can fly to, we run live virtual coaching sessions on smartphone capture (lighting, background, posing) and then retouch the results to match the exact color, tone, and background of the in-person studio shots. Everyone ends up in the same visual system regardless of where they work.
What if someone is camera-shy?
Expert expression coaching and simple, specific direction. We demonstrate every pose rather than just saying 'smile,' and most people walk away saying 'that was easier than I expected.' Real-time review on a tethered monitor also helps anxious team members see themselves looking good before the session ends.
Can employees choose multiple looks?
Yes. For executives or anyone using their headshot across LinkedIn, internal tools, press kits, and speaker pages, we recommend bringing several wardrobe options and capturing multiple looks in one session.
What procurement documentation do you provide?
W-9, certificate of insurance (COI), vendor registration forms, MSA and SOW templates, and any other procurement documentation your organization requires. We work with Fortune 500 procurement processes regularly and can adapt to your standards.
How far in advance should we book multi-city sessions?
For multi-location projects, we recommend 4-6 weeks lead time to coordinate schedules across offices. Single-location trips can often be arranged within 1-2 weeks. For annual programs, we recommend planning quarterly schedules in advance.
