What Sets Our Corporate Headshots Apart

Fly-In Photographer, Not a Network

Most national headshot programs rely on a network of local subcontractors with inconsistent results. We fly in and execute every session personally. One standard across every office, every city, every engagement.

Movement, Not Freeze-Frame

We keep people moving. A slight weight shift, a natural gesture, a few steps. Authentic portraits instead of stiff poses.

Real-Time Image Review

See every shot as it's taken through tethered shooting. No surprises.

Expression Coaching

We demonstrate and guide every pose. Your team looks natural and confident.

Professional Retouching

Every final image is professionally edited. Proofing galleries delivered the next business day.

Procurement-Ready

MSA and SOW templates available. COI and W-9 on file. Built for enterprise procurement workflows.

For Distributed & Remote Teams

Virtual headshot coaching for remote employees

Not every employee is in an office we can fly to. For remote team members, we run live, interactive coaching sessions and retouch the results to match the exact color, tone, and background of the in-person studio shots. One cohesive team, one visual standard, regardless of location.

Coach-Led Capture

Live virtual sessions where we coach employees on lighting, background, posing, and how to get the most out of their smartphone camera.

10-15 Minutes per Person

Minimal commitment from each employee. Fast and efficient, built to scale across remote workforces.

Studio-Match Retouching

Professional post-production so virtual captures match the in-person studio shots in color, tone, and background.

For Annual Meetings, Summits, and Offsites

When your whole team is already in one room

For distributed companies, the most efficient day to photograph the entire team is during the annual meeting, leadership summit, or company offsite when everyone is already together. We set up a professional portrait station at the venue and run every attendee through during natural breaks. One photographer, one location, a day or two of shooting instead of months of travel across every office.

What to Look for in a Corporate Headshot Partner

Coordinating headshots across offices is a project management challenge, not just a photography one. Here is what matters.

Specialization in Corporate Team Photography

You need more than a photographer. You need a partner who understands your brand, group rollout logistics, and how to capture professionals in a way that reflects your culture and values.

Portfolio That Reflects Scale and Consistency

High-volume sessions for multi-office companies with a consistent look and feel. Natural expressions, expert lighting, refined finish, across every city.

Clear Process and Steady Communication

From pre-shoot planning to post-production delivery. Whether it is a single on-site session or a national rollout, scheduling, shot lists, and logistics should be handled for you.

Trusted by Corporate Clients Nationwide

Client testimonials should reflect confidence from executive leadership and brand managers. Look for case studies, not just a portfolio grid.

Fast Turnaround and Ready-to-Use Files

LinkedIn-ready formats, internal directories, website-optimized files. Delivered quickly in the formats marketing and HR teams actually need, with clear licensing and usage terms.

For Marketing Managers

Making the case for new team headshots

You already know your team needs new headshots. Getting management to approve the spend is the harder part. Here are the angles that have worked for marketing directors building the internal case.

Our people are our greatest asset

Team members are the face of the company. High-quality headshots communicate a company of high-quality professionals. Low-quality or outdated photos send the opposite message.

A stronger brand image

Consistent, polished headshots reinforce a cohesive brand identity. A unified team looks competent and consistent with company culture across every channel.

Professionalism on every touchpoint

Prospects view your team on LinkedIn, your website, email signatures, and proposals. If current photos vary in quality and style, it dilutes the brand. Unified headshots strengthen both personal and company brand.

Trust begins with a photo

First impressions carry weight. Professional headshots capture genuine expressions that build trust with prospective clients. Quality headshot photography is essential for converting first impressions into relationships.

A reason to stay top-of-mind

New headshots give marketing a reason to reach out to existing clients and prospects with a refresh. A well-timed email blast with your new visual identity keeps the brand in active conversation.

Maximum value across every channel

New headshots get used across email newsletters, social media, speaking engagements, presentations, staff spotlights, proposals, and email signatures. No usage limitations. One investment, compound returns.

A valued employee benefit

Positioning new headshots as a benefit signals that the company values each team member's professional image. Employees appreciate a polished portrait that advances their own career, and they show up with more confidence in every meeting.

Competitive parity

Many companies already provide professional team headshots. Not doing so is a visible gap. A unified visual identity is now the baseline, not a differentiator.

Headshots Are Just the Beginning

Most of our clients discover that headshots are one piece of a complete visual brand system. We also provide video production, lifestyle photography, and event coverage, all from one partner.

How We Quote Team Projects

Every engagement is quoted individually. Here are the four factors that shape your proposal.

Team Size

The single biggest factor. Per-person cost generally decreases as team size grows. A 5-person boutique session runs differently from a 200-person multi-office program.

Location

St. Louis metro travel is included. National and international engagements include travel costs (airfare, lodging, ground transport) as a separate line item. We quote travel transparently up front.

Session Type

A fast-paced team headshot rotation costs differently than a longer executive portrait session with multiple looks. Most organizations mix both in a single engagement.

Deliverables

Retouched headshots, group composites, web and print formats, DAM/API delivery, rush timelines, and ongoing new-hire sessions all factor in. We map your proposal to what you actually need.

Corporate Headshot FAQ

Answers to common questions about our corporate headshot services.

How much do corporate headshots cost?
Every corporate headshot program is quoted individually based on team size, location, session type, and deliverables. Per-person cost generally decreases as team size grows. Share your team size and timeline, and we'll send a detailed proposal within one business day.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. We bring a complete portable studio to your office, conference room, or any location. No need for your team to travel.
How long does each person's session take?
We match the pace to your needs. Standard team sessions run 5-10 minutes per person with posing coaching and real-time review. For high-volume programs (100, 500, or 1,000+ people) we can move as fast as 2 minutes per person and still deliver great results. Executive sessions typically run 30-60 minutes with multiple looks and wardrobe changes.
How should our team prepare for headshots?
Solid-colored, well-fitted clothing that complements skin tone and fits your brand. Avoid logos, busy patterns, or trendy styles. For those wearing makeup, a natural polished look photographs best. We send a detailed prep guide when you book.
What if someone is camera-shy?
Not a problem. We provide expert expression coaching and simple direction, helping even the most camera-shy professionals feel at ease. Many clients walk away saying, 'That was easier than I expected.'
Can employees choose multiple looks?
Yes. For executives or professionals using their headshot across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, internal presentations, press kits), we recommend bringing several wardrobe options. We can capture a few different looks within a single session for maximum versatility.
When do we get the final images?
Proofing galleries are delivered quickly. Fully retouched final images are ready in 3-5 business days. Rush delivery is available on request.
Can you match our existing headshot style?
Absolutely. We can replicate your current style or develop a new look that matches your brand guidelines. Whether you are refreshing headshots across departments or onboarding new hires, we match your existing look or build a unified one.
Do you serve locations outside St. Louis?
Yes. We travel anywhere in the United States for on-site corporate headshot sessions. One photographer, consistent quality, any location.
How do multi-location and multi-city headshot programs work?
We coordinate travel across your offices, typically hitting 2-3 cities in a week when they're regional, or building a phased trip plan for dispersed sites. Same photographer, same lighting kit, same backdrop, same retouching profile at every location. One proposal, one invoice, one point of contact. Ideal for company-wide rollouts.
Do you subcontract to local photographers in other cities?
No. David personally photographs every engagement. That's the core of the fly-in model. Most national headshot programs are distributed networks where a different local photographer shows up at every office, which is why consistency falls apart. We are the opposite of that.
Can you photograph our team during an annual meeting or summit?
Yes, and for distributed companies it's often the most efficient option. When the whole team is already converging on one city for a leadership summit, annual meeting, or offsite, we set up a professional portrait station at the venue and run every attendee through during natural breaks. A multi-week multi-city travel plan compressed into a day or two.
What can we do with our new headshots?
Use them everywhere your brand lives: LinkedIn, company bios, internal directories, press releases, speaker pages, and more. A unified professional set of headshots strengthens your company's image and builds trust with clients and stakeholders.
