Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about our professional headshot sessions.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is flat and inclusive, per person. Executive Headshots start at $1,200 and include 3 final retouched images and multiple backgrounds. Personal Branding starts at $1,800 with more looks and 8 to 10 final images. The price includes the deliverables.
How long is a session?
An Executive Headshots session is focused and efficient, with time for multiple backgrounds and your final selects. A Personal Branding session runs longer with more outfit changes, environmental setups, and lifestyle photography. Both include real-time image review on a tethered monitor.
What should I wear to a headshot session?
Solid colors that complement your skin tone photograph best (navy, charcoal, black, jewel tones). Avoid busy patterns and visible logos. We send a detailed prep guide when you book with specific recommendations for your industry.
How many final images do I receive?
Executive Headshots include 3 final retouched images across multiple backgrounds. Personal Branding includes 8 to 10 final retouched images. You review every shot in real time as we shoot and again in the proofing gallery afterward, then select your finals from there. The images are included in the session price.
Can I use the photos for LinkedIn and other platforms?
Yes. Every image is delivered in high-resolution digital format, optimized for both web and print. Use them for LinkedIn, company websites, email signatures, speaker bios, social media profiles, and marketing materials.
Do you offer studio and outdoor options?
Yes. We have a professional studio in St. Louis and also shoot on location: outdoors, at your office, or anywhere that fits your brand. We bring a complete portable studio setup for on-site sessions nationwide.
Should I get new headshots every year?
We recommend updating your headshot every 1-2 years, or whenever your appearance changes significantly. An outdated headshot creates a disconnect when people meet you in person. Regular updates keep your professional image current and credible.
