Before the session we study the attorney portraits already on your site: lighting, backdrop, crop and retouching. Then we shoot to that look so new portraits sit beside the existing ones without a visible seam. For Johnson & Krol's St. Louis office we also shot to the firm's own wardrobe guidance. If you are refreshing the entire firm, we set a new standard and apply it to everyone.
How quickly can you photograph a lateral hire who just joined?▼
Lateral hires get priority scheduling, and retouched images are delivered fast so the new attorney's bio page goes live with a real portrait instead of a placeholder.
Do you handle partner sessions differently from associate sessions?▼
Every attorney gets the same direction. Partners often want additional looks for speaking engagements, publications and directory submissions, so we build in time for a wardrobe change and extra frames while keeping associate sessions efficient.
Can you keep attorneys consistent across multiple offices?▼
Yes. We travel to each office and shoot with the same lighting, backdrop and settings, so attorneys in different cities look like one firm on the website. One photographer and one documented setup avoids the drift that comes from hiring a different photographer in each city. Travel is quoted as separate line items on every proposal.
Can you photograph and film during the same visit?▼
Yes. Attorney portraits, office photography and interview video can be planned into the same visit, so the firm coordinates one day instead of three and the photographs and video share the same look.
How do you handle confidentiality when shooting at a law firm?▼
We do not photograph case materials, client documents or confidential information visible in workspaces. We sign NDAs when requested and coordinate with your office manager so our presence and equipment do not disrupt client meetings or privileged conversations.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend sessions for busy attorneys?▼
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend sessions are available so attorneys can be photographed without giving up client-facing time or billable hours.
