Most highlight reels are 2-3 minutes, which is the sweet spot for holding attention while capturing the scope of the event. We can also produce a 60-second social cut and a longer 5-minute version for internal use if needed.
Can you deliver clips during the event for same-day posting?
Yes. For multi-day events, we deliver rough-cut social clips at the end of each day so your marketing team can post while the event is still top of mind for attendees.
Do you work with our AV team for speaker footage?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your venue's AV team to get clean audio feeds from the house system and to position our cameras for optimal speaker coverage without interfering with the event production.
What about music licensing?
