How long does an executive portrait session take?
Plan for 45 to 60 minutes per executive. This allows time for wardrobe changes, multiple setups, and enough variety to build a useful library of images. We can adjust for tighter schedules when needed.
Can you come to our corporate headquarters?
Absolutely. We bring a full studio setup to your office and also use your boardroom, lobby, or campus for environmental shots. We scout the location in advance so we arrive with a shot list and waste no one's time.
What should executives wear?
We provide a detailed wardrobe guide before every session. Generally, we recommend two to three outfit options (one formal, one business casual) and advise on colors, patterns, and fabrics that photograph well on camera.
How is this different from a regular headshot session?
Executive portraits involve more setup variety, longer individual session time, environmental locations, advanced retouching, and strategic planning around how the images will be used. A headshot is one image for one purpose. An executive portrait session builds a library.
