Services

Henry David Photography provides professional photography and video production services. All projects are governed by individual service agreements between the client and HD Productions LLC.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Henry David Photography retains copyright of all images and video produced. Clients receive a license to use delivered materials for agreed-upon purposes as outlined in their service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and service agreements. Standard terms require a deposit to secure booking dates, with the balance due upon delivery of final assets.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Henry David Photography's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
