WORKING TOGETHER IN SEOUL

A clear plan for the work you need.

Start with the intended use, the people and products involved, and your delivery deadline. For projects involving a Seoul team and an overseas office, establish one brief and a clear approval process.

  1. 01

Define the brief and visual direction

Share your brand guidelines, existing imagery and intended placements. Agree on the visual tone, essential shots and the person responsible for consolidating feedback and approving the work.

  2. 02

    Plan people, space and permissions

Confirm the Seoul location, staff availability, room size and access with your site contact. For portraits, decide on the look and clothing guidance. For interviews, plan a quiet space and agree on the questions in advance.

  3. 03

    Agree on the finished deliverables

Set the image selection process, retouching scope, formats and deadline. For video, define edit versions, review rounds and any subtitle requirements. Usage and travel arrangements belong in the project proposal.

Tell Henry about the project.

An outline is enough to begin. Include what you know now and flag the decisions you would like help making.

  • Company name, Seoul location and possible shoot dates
  • The intended audience: Korean, international, or both
  • People, products and spaces you need to photograph or film
  • Required image formats, video versions and any subtitles
  • Budget range, delivery deadline and approval contact
