How does the headshot booth work?
We set up a professional lighting station at your event with a clean background. Attendees walk up, check in digitally (capturing their contact info), receive expert posing guidance, and get their headshot taken in 3-5 minutes. Retouched images are delivered quickly.
Can the booth capture leads for our CRM?
Yes. Our digital check-in system captures name, email, company, and any custom fields you need. We can export data in CSV or integrate with popular CRM platforms.
How many headshots can you do per hour?
We typically photograph 12-15 people per hour, depending on the complexity of the setup. For high-traffic events, we can run multiple stations.
How long does setup take?
Less than two hours for the full rig: lighting, camera, large-screen display, check-in tablets, makeup touch-up station. We provide all equipment. All we need from you is a power outlet and access to the conference wireless network.
What does the booth setup look like?
Professional studio lighting, clean backdrop, and a large-screen TV displaying each headshot in real time as it is taken. Passing attendees see the quality immediately and line up to get theirs. It looks polished and premium, an attraction at your event, not an afterthought.
Can attendees request additional editing?
Yes. Headshots are ready to use straight from the camera, but some attendees want us to take their image a step further with additional facial retouching or blemish removal. We handle these requests on an individual basis so everyone leaves happy with their result.
