Corporate photography at Oak Brook 22

Twin eleven story towers on 22nd Street joined by a single story link, with a restaurant on the ground floor and I-88 at the door. If your team is in either tower, this is how a session here runs.

Oak Brook 22 is a pair of identical eleven story towers at 1211 and 1301 West 22nd Street in Oak Brook, joined at grade by a single story link, with a separate four story building alongside. Together they hold about 400,000 square feet of office along with ground floor retail. Golub & Company owns the property. Michael Jordan's Restaurant occupies part of the ground floor, which gives the address a landmark quality that most suburban office buildings do not have. Access is the other selling point: the property connects directly to I-88, sits about twenty minutes from O'Hare and about twenty five from Midway, and draws staff from across the East West corridor without anyone spending an hour in the car.

The property runs as a multi tenant Class A office address rather than a single company headquarters, with ground floor retail beneath the office floors. Public sources name Michael Jordan's Restaurant on the ground floor and Golub & Company as owner, and do not publish a tenant directory beyond that. If your company leases here, the session happens inside your own suite and the rest of the building carries on around it.

The two towers are identical, so a program that spans both runs the same way twice. The ground level link between them means people can cross from one tower to the other without going outside, which is worth planning around in January. Eleven stories is a manageable elevator ride, so the schedule holds up better here than in a taller building. A conference room of about eight by ten feet with a power outlet is enough, and we confirm loading, freight elevator access and the certificate of insurance with your office manager the week before.

We photograph on site, in your own office. If your team is in this building, the notes below are what the day looks like. Nothing here is a claim to a past session in it, and no tenant named is a client unless it says so elsewhere on this site.

Sample work, photographed at other clients' offices rather than in this building. It is the standard a session here would be held to.

Johnson + Krol, a Chicago labor firm, and IWR North America, which lists a Chicago satellite office, are both clients.

Working in Oak Brook 22

The practical side of a shoot in this building, so the day runs on schedule.

Which tower

The buildings are identical from the outside and the addresses run 1211 and 1301. Give us the number and the suite so the first cart trip goes to the right lobby.

Crossing between towers

The single story link joins them at grade, so a program covering both can move people or the setup without going outdoors. In winter that is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that does not.

The room

About eight by ten feet with one power outlet. Eleven story floor plates here usually leave a conference room with an outside wall free for the day.

Parking and load in

We arrive with everything on one cart. Building management handles dock and freight elevator timing, and we send the certificate of insurance ahead of the date.

Lunch on site

There is a restaurant in the building, which keeps the midday gap short and predictable. We build the schedule around whatever break your team already takes.

Video on the same visit

Brand film, recruiting video and executive interviews can share the visit. Filming at 4K means one day yields a still library alongside the footage.

Oak Brook 22 questions

What teams in this building usually ask first.

Can you cover both towers in one day?
Usually yes. They are joined at grade and identical inside, so one setup can serve both. For larger headcounts we split it across two days with the same standard on each.
How much space do you need?
A conference room of roughly eight by ten feet with a power outlet. A window is welcome but the setup does not depend on one.
How many people fit in a day?
Forty to sixty without rushing anyone. Each person spends a few minutes in the chair and sees their frames before they leave the room.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks for a guaranteed date. Send the tower, floor and headcount and you will have a reply within one business day.
Can you film here as well as photograph?
Yes. Brand films, recruiting pieces and executive interviews can share the visit, and filming at 4K means the same day yields stills too.

Your team is in Oak Brook 22?

Tell me the headcount, the floor and the dates. A proposal follows a short conversation, and questions are answered within one business day.
