Salesforce Tower Chicago is the sixty story, 850 foot tower at 333 West Wolf Point Plaza, standing on Wolf Point South where the three branches of the Chicago River meet. It was completed in 2024 to a design by Pelli Clarke & Partners, holds about 1.2 million square feet, cost in the region of 800 million dollars, and was developed by Hines together with the Joseph P. Kennedy family. It is the newest of the large downtown towers and one of the most exposed sites in the city, with water on more than one side and open sight lines from the Loop, River North and the West Loop. That exposure is the reason the building reads as a landmark from three different neighborhoods.

Salesforce anchors the tower with about 500,000 square feet. Kirkland & Ellis, the largest law firm in the world by revenue, moved here from 300 North LaSalle with roughly 1,700 Chicago employees on a lease reported at around 600,000 square feet. The building has been reported as fully leased to those two organizations, so if your team is here, your team is part of one of them. Both work to a defined global brand standard, so a portrait program here is usually a matching exercise.

A session runs on your own floor in a conference room of roughly eight by ten feet with a power outlet. In a 2024 tower the dock and freight elevator are modern and managed, and access is booked in advance, so confirm the dock window, the elevator booking and any certificate of insurance requirement with building management. Large tenant floors also have their own internal rules about which rooms outside vendors may use, so ask your facilities contact as well as the building.
