110 North Wacker, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is the 57 floor building on the river at 110 North Wacker Drive in the Loop. It opened on October 14, 2020, and it is the tallest office tower built in Chicago since 1990, which makes it one of the newest large floor plate addresses downtown. A building of this generation is the easy case for a session: the conference rooms are current, the glass is generous, and the service arrangements were designed for tenants moving in and out rather than retrofitted into an older frame. The river frontage gives the upper floors a view worth planning a few frames around.

Bank of America anchors the building and lends it the name it is often given. Around that anchor the tower holds the multi tenant mix a new Class A Loop building attracts rather than a single company's campus, so a session here can serve more than one organization on separate floors. A finance anchored roster usually wants portraits on the conservative end, and that is a lighting and wardrobe decision worth settling before the date.

A 2020 building makes most of this simple. Conference rooms tend to be well proportioned with real glass, and the service procedures are clear and recently written. Confirm dock hours, certificate of insurance requirements and freight access with building management the week before, because a newer tower is usually stricter about paperwork rather than looser.
