Corporate photography at Schaumburg Corporate Center

Two fourteen story towers and a low rise building on Woodfield Road, rebuilt to Class A+ and filling fast. If your team is in one of the three, this is how a session here runs.

Schaumburg Corporate Center is three buildings on Woodfield Road holding roughly a million square feet between them. A four story building of about 380,000 square feet sits at 1501 Woodfield Road, and two fourteen story towers of about 310,000 square feet each sit at 1515 and 1475. GlenStar owns the property and spent about $28 million on a redevelopment that took it to Class A+. Leasing followed the work. Occupancy reached 78 percent at the end of 2024 after Comcast signed along with eleven other tenants, and CoStar has described it as the highest occupied Class A office property in the Northwest suburbs. The mix of one low rise and two towers is the thing that shapes a photography day here.

There is no published directory for the property, but the leasing record is public. Comcast signed during the redevelopment push, and eleven other tenants signed in the same stretch, which is what carried occupancy to 78 percent by the close of 2024. For a production day that means a broad and recently turned over tenant base rather than one anchor company, and it is common for several unrelated firms in these three buildings to be running their own photography programs in the same season.

The towers and the low rise building give different days. In the fourteen story buildings elevator timing decides whether a schedule holds, so we set up near the elevator bank and bring people through in small waves rather than calling a whole floor at once. The four story building at 1501 has the larger floor plates and usually the easier room to find. A conference room of about eight by ten feet with one power outlet is enough in either case, and we confirm dock access, freight elevator and the certificate of insurance with your office manager the week before.

We photograph on site, in your own office. If your team is in this building, the notes below are what the day looks like. Nothing here is a claim to a past session in it, and no tenant named is a client unless it says so elsewhere on this site.

Sample work, photographed at other clients' offices rather than in this building. It is the standard a session here would be held to.

Johnson + Krol, a Chicago labor firm, and IWR North America, which lists a Chicago satellite office, are both clients.

Working in Schaumburg Corporate Center

The practical side of a shoot in this building, so the day runs on schedule.

Which building

Tell us the address when you book. A day at 1501 and a day at 1515 are planned differently, because one is a four story plate and the other is a tower with a single elevator core.

The room

About eight by ten feet with a power outlet. A conference room on your own floor beats anything shared, since it keeps people from queueing in a corridor that other tenants use.

Building access

The property has been through a full redevelopment and management runs it accordingly. We send the certificate of insurance and confirm loading and freight elevator times ahead of the visit.

Schedule

Forty to sixty people in a day without rushing anyone. Programs that span two of the three buildings run across two days with the same setup and the same standard on each.

New hires

A property filling this quickly tends to mean teams still growing into their space. A short return visit for recent starters keeps one consistent look across the roster.

Video on the same visit

Brand film, recruiting pieces and executive interviews can share the day. Filming at 4K means the same visit yields a still library alongside the footage.

Schaumburg Corporate Center questions

What teams in this building usually ask first.

Do you need a room in all three buildings?
No. One room works for one building. If your people are split across the towers and the low rise, we usually keep one room per building and move the setup between them rather than asking staff to cross the property.
How much space do you need?
A conference room of roughly eight by ten feet with one power outlet. Higher ceilings help, and a window is welcome but not required.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks for a guaranteed date. Send the building address and headcount and you will have a reply within one business day.
Can you match headshots from our other offices?
Yes. Send the existing set and we match lighting, framing and finish so the Schaumburg team sits beside the rest without reading as a different company.
What about people who work hybrid?
We build the schedule around the days your team is actually in the building. Two half days in one week usually catches more people than one full day does.

Your team is in Schaumburg Corporate Center?

Tell me the headcount, the floor and the dates. A proposal follows a short conversation, and questions are answered within one business day.
