Corporate photography at Riverway, Rosemont
Three recently built or remodeled buildings beside O'Hare, with the amenity floor in the River Road lobby. If your team is in one of them, this is how a session here runs.
Riverway is a three building office property in Rosemont, made up of 6133 North River Road, remodeled in 2022, and two Higgins Road buildings, 9377 completed in 2019 and 9399 in 2021. All three are recent enough that the interiors are current rather than dated, which shows in a photograph. The amenity floor sits in the 6133 lobby: a full service cafe, a fitness center with locker rooms, a large auditorium with pre-function space, an outdoor courtyard with a fireplace, an indoor Fifth Third branch, a florist, a salon, Carlucci's Italian Restaurant and a shoe shine. The property sits beside the Rosemont entertainment district and about twenty minutes from the Loop.
US Foods has its headquarters at Riverway, in Building 100 at 9399 West Higgins Road, which is public record. The rest of the property runs as multi tenant office space and we do not publish a wider directory. If your team is in one of the three buildings, the session happens inside your own floor.
Rosemont is the easiest suburban address in the metro to reach from outside it. The CTA Blue Line station is nearby, the Balmoral Road ramp puts I-294 within reach, and O'Hare is close enough that colleagues flying in for a photography day can come straight from the terminal. That makes Riverway a sensible place to gather people from several offices into one session. The auditorium and pre-function space in the 6133 lobby is worth knowing about for larger group work. For portraits, a conference room of about eight by ten feet with a power outlet is enough.
We photograph on site, in your own office. If your team is in this building, the notes below are what the day looks like. Nothing here is a claim to a past session in it, and no tenant named is a client unless it says so elsewhere on this site.

Sample work, photographed at other clients' offices rather than in this building. It is the standard a session here would be held to.
Johnson + Krol, a Chicago labor firm, and IWR North America, which lists a Chicago satellite office, are both clients.

Working in Riverway, Rosemont
The practical side of a shoot in this building, so the day runs on schedule.
Gathering people from several offices
O'Hare is minutes away and the Blue Line stops nearby, so Riverway is a practical place to bring staff in from other locations and photograph everyone against one setup on one day.
Which building
River Road and Higgins Road are separate lobbies. Give us the address, floor and suite so load in goes to the right door and the first appointments are not waiting.
The auditorium
There is a large auditorium with pre-function space in the 6133 lobby. If the brief includes a group photograph or an all hands recording, ask building management about it well ahead of the date.
The room
About eight by ten feet with one power outlet. These interiors are recent and generally photograph well, so a conference room here needs less dressing than an older building would.
Outdoors
The courtyard with its fireplace gives an environmental option for leadership portraits in the better months, without leaving the property or losing time to travel.
Video on the same visit
Executive interviews, recruiting pieces and brand film can share the day. Filming at 4K means one visit hands back a still library as well.
What we make for Riverway, Rosemont teams
A headshot program is usually the first project. It is rarely the only one, and the same photographer handles the rest.
Corporate headshot programs
Whole teams photographed in one or two days, to one standard that holds as people join and leave.
Learn MoreExecutive portraits
Leadership portraits with the weight the business expects, for annual reports, press and the board page.
Learn MoreBrand films and campaign video
Directed, filmed and edited by one person, from the first scope conversation through final delivery.
Learn MoreRecruiting and employer brand
Culture photography and video made in the building people would actually work in, for careers pages and hiring campaigns.
Learn MoreCommercial and facility photography
A marketing team's image library for the year, so the next campaign does not start with a stock search.
Learn MoreConference and event coverage
Sessions, keynotes, booths and headshot stations, photographed and filmed in the same visit.
Learn MoreMost of this work is booked together. A team that needs headshots usually also needs the recruiting film, the facility library and the conference coverage, and running it through one person is what keeps the whole set looking like it came from one company.
