Corporate photography at 360 North Green

360 North Green is a Sterling Bay office building at 360 North Green Street in Fulton Market, the district that turned from meatpacking and cold storage into the newest office submarket in downtown Chicago. Google's move to 1K Fulton in 2015 started that change, McDonald's followed at 110 North Carpenter in 2018, and Mondelez sits at 905 West Fulton. The streets around the building interleave brick and timber warehouse stock with new glass, which is why Fulton Market photographs differently from the Loop and why so many recent leases here came from companies leaving Loop towers. The district now carries the lowest office vacancy of the downtown submarkets.

Boston Consulting Group took 250,000 square feet on a fifteen year lease signed in 2022 and moved about a thousand Chicago employees here from 300 North LaSalle in 2025. Greenberg Traurig occupies floors 10 through 13, about 90,000 square feet, completing a move from the Loop in 2025 with more than 320 attorneys and staff. Both are large professional services organizations that arrived recently, and a new address is one of the common reasons an organization refreshes its entire portrait library at once.

The session runs on your floor in a conference room of roughly eight by ten feet with a power outlet. Fulton Market streets are narrower and busier than the Loop, with loading traffic through much of the morning, so confirm the dock arrangement and the freight elevator booking with building management rather than assuming curb access. Recent fit outs in this district tend to have good daylight and plenty of glass, which helps the portraits. The neighborhood also gives a genuinely different exterior option if the brief wants something other than a backdrop.
