Majesty by Michel Perchin
Michel Perchin relaunched the house on these photographs. The homepage, the collection pages, the page introducing the designer, all of it runs frames from this shoot. That August, Pen World gave the collection two pages and illustrated them with the same work. Four limited edition fountain pens, twenty five of each ever made, in enamel, guilloché, and diamond.
Henry David Photography photographed this collection for the house. We do not make or sell the pens. For a pen, or anything about the collection itself, go to michelperchin.com.
The house relaunched on it.
Michel Perchin is a St. Louis house, founded in 1994 and revived in 2025 under Lisa Erekson. When the brand went live, these are the pages it went live with. The photographs are still doing the selling: the hero you land on, the frame that introduces the collection, the plate on the collections index.

Pen World Magazine, August 2026.
“Yes, Your Majesty,” by Nicky Pessaroff, ran across pages 56-57 of Pen World Magazine v39.5. Every pen photograph on the spread came from this shoot: the panoramic lead, the blue guilloché macros, the crossed pairs, the engraved gold nib.

The collection, lit on black.
The same pens in motion, cut short enough to run anywhere the brand needed it. Enamel and diamond are difficult subjects to move a light across, because every facet wants to flare. The film holds the guilloché texture and lets the nib engraving arrive at the end.

Verdure, the Pair
Translucent green enamel laid over a wave-cut guilloché, the diamond-set clip and lattice collar reading like cathedral tracery. Cap and barrel crossed, as a jeweller would present them.

The Cased Set
Four colourways at rest in burl and velvet, the house name in gold leaf beneath them.
The Quartet
Aurum, Verdure, Celestial and Amethyst: one guilloché engine, four translucent enamels, each clip a diamond column descending from a single solitaire. Aurum and Verdure are finished with gold-plated accents, Celestial and Amethyst with rhodium.
