Corporate photography at Hamilton Lakes Business Park

Hamilton Lakes is a master planned business park in Itasca developed by Hamilton Partners, holding about 3.5 million square feet of office along with roughly 32 acres of remaining development land. It sits where the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway meets I-355, which puts it within easy reach of both the O'Hare cluster and the DuPage corridor. The park carries its own amenity base rather than borrowing one from a town center: a Westin hotel, the Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club, a Bright Horizons daycare and full service restaurants are all on the property. The office addresses include 300 Park Boulevard, 500 Park Boulevard, One Pierce Place and 150 Pierce Road.

Flexera moved its headquarters into the park in March 2014, taking about 75,000 square feet at 300 Park Boulevard after relocating from Schaumburg. Itasca more broadly carries the world headquarters of Knowles Corporation at 1151 Maplewood Drive and the offices of Fellowes Brands, and Arthur J. Gallagher was headquartered in Itasca from 1991 to 2017 before moving to Rolling Meadows. If your team is in one of the Hamilton Lakes buildings, the brief matters more than the roster.

The park is spread out and drives like a campus rather than a street address, so the useful details are which building and which entrance. Surface and structured parking sit close to the doors, which makes load in short. The on site hotel is worth knowing about for programs that run two days or that bring people in from other offices, and the restaurants inside the park mean a lunch break does not scatter your schedule. A conference room of about eight by ten feet with a power outlet is all the space a portrait setup needs.
